Easily detachable handle that allows for use in the oven and space-efficient storage. Stay-cool handle for a safe and comfortable grip. 3-layer base provides a fast and even heat distribution.

Built to withstand heavy use with a fast, simple cleanup. Suitable for all stovetops, including induction cooktop. Allow to cool before washing. For normal cleaning, hand wash in warm soapy water with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth. For slight sticking, soak in hot soapy water for 15-30 minutes and wipe with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth.

500°F maximum temperature resistance (400°F with lid) so that it can be used in the oven as bakeware in place of traditional baking pans.
