Built to withstand heavy use with a fast, simple cleanup. Suitable for many kind of heat sources such as Induction, Electric, Halogen, vitro-ceramic. Remember to cool pans before cleaning or rinsing in cold water. For normal cleaning, hand wash in warm soapy water with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth. For slight sticking, soak in hot soapy water for 15-30 minutes and wipe with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth. ***Not recommended for Gas stovetop.

Allow to cool before washing. Avoid abrasive or steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergent. Food residue and stains can be removed with a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad.
