Thanks to their energy-efficient CookStar base, the pot is suitable for all stovetops, including induction, and ensures optimal heat distribution and retention to save energy. It is also suitable for oven use up to 450 °F (230 °C). The pot’s stay-cool metal handles fit perfectly in your hands and provide a safe grip temperature for holding and moving around the kitchen. Laser-etched measurement markings, in liters and quarts, make it easy to measure liquids while cooking, helping you be more efficient. The wide pouring rim makes it easy to pour liquids in a controlled and precise manner without spilling and the concave lid design allows steam to drip back into the stock pot for tastier, juicer dishes.
